Adding employee profile pics

Once you invite a co-worker to your Hi5 account, they will have a hipster animal pic as a default profile pic (some say these are their spirit animals!) 😆

As an Admin you can upload new profile pics. This is especially helpful if you've already had professional photographs taken for your team.

Step 1: Go to Manage

Go to your Manage section under My Company. For a full guide on how to use Manage, see here).



Step 2

Go to the name of the employee whose profile pic you'd like to change, then click on the View Profile icon.



Then click on the Upload button, or their current profile picture to upload a new one.



Step 3

Choose the pic, upload and adjust.



Once you're happy click Upload Image.



Now everyone will see your employee's new profile pic 🖼️



Good to know: Your employee will still be able to change their own profile pic by going to Profile.
