How to resend activation invite emails to co-workers
Resending account activation emails
Option 1: Send to all inactive users
Go to the Manage section.
Then click on the Activated Users/Resend Invites button.
You are given the option of typing your own personalised message to all the inactive users, or simply sending the generic one.
Note: If users haven't activated their account, you can't give them Hi5's.
Option 2: Send to individual users
To resend an invite to a specific user, follow these steps:
Go to the Manage section and scroll to the right to see the icons in the Options column. Click on the envelope icon next to the name of the co-worker you want to resend an invite to.
Choose to Resend Invite and/or Copy link. Copying the link gives you the option to paste it directly into an email or message to the co-worker.
Note: If your co-workers are not receiving the invite emails, please ask them to check their spam/clutter folders for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
