Allowing the Hi5 App on your MS Teams account

Struggling to find or use Hi5 on Microsoft Teams? You might need to first allow Third-Party apps and give permissions to Hi5! Here are the steps you need to follow on your MS Teams account:

Important: You need to be an Admin on your MS Teams organisation in order to complete the steps below!

Go to the MS Teams Admin Center here: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/teams/manage

In the menu bar on the left, select: Teams Apps > Manage Apps then click on the Org-Wide App Settings button in the top right corner. Make sure Allowed is toggled ON, then click Save.



Scroll down and in the table of apps search for "Hi5", then Click on Hi5 in the table.

Toggle Status: Allowed



Scroll down and click the Permissions tab, then click on the Azure Active Directory link and ensure get5.io has access to all these points:
