Changing credit card details

For security, only the Administrator who upgraded the Hi5 company account and initially entered credit card details can change them at a later stage.

Step 1

Go to the Settings under My Company.



Be sure you are on your Subscription tab.



Step 2

Click on the Update Payment Method button underneath your current billing information and wait for the Update Payment Method pop-up to appear.



Step 3

Enter your new credit card details, click Update and you're done!
