Q: What is the standard Contract Period on Hi5?

A: There is no contract period as such. Hi5 runs on a monthly renewable subscription basis, or you can opt for annual pricing - contact help@get5.io for more info on this.

Q: Can I change the plan I am on once I’ve registered?

A: Yes, you are able to migrate from one plan to the other fairly simply. Have a look at our help article How to upgrade, or contact the Hi5 help desk to assist you: help@get5.io.

Q: What is the difference between the Awesome and Business plans?

A: Hi5 Awesome offers recognition reports, as well as Hi5 Crowning and 5 free Pulse surveys and is charged at $3 per user per month.

Hi5 Business has all the features of Awesome, plus unlimited Pulse surveys and reports and it charged at $7 per user per month.
