Recognition Insights report

One of our latest reports, Recognition Insights, offers you actual insights into how your company is doing with giving recognition.

Great recognition leads to great engagement and an awesome company culture! These stats can help you find recognition blindspots.

Step 1

Go to the Insights tab under Recognition in your Hi5 menu.



Step 2

Here, you will see actual insights on:

Hi5's by Values (which value/s are people being recognised for?)
Hi5's by day of the week - All Users (which days are employees giving the most Hi5's?)
Hi5's by day of the week - Employees vs Admin/Line Managers Percentages (This shows the percentages of Hi5's given per day of the week by employees compared to Admins & Line Managers)
Hi5's by time of day (are your co-workers giving Hi5's before work, during their lunch breaks or after hours?)
External Receivers (Hi5's received outside of the company)
Crowned Receivers (employees who have received crowned Hi5's)



Step 3

Use the filters at the top of the page to compare insights by time period, department, role & office.
