To see who the Inactive users are, you can filter the Manage section by All Activity and choose All Inactive employees, or simply scroll to the right. The Inactive users always appear at the top of the Manage list with a red dot on the far right.

Step 1

Click on the Manage tab under My Company.



Step 2

Toggle the Status option on under the Choose Columns dropdown section.



Step 3

Next you can toggle the Inactive column on under the Status tab.



You can now view all Inactive Users.



Note: If users haven't activated their account, you can't Hi5 or Rate them. See How to: Resend activation invite.
