How to use the Find People directory

The Find People Directory

You can use the Find People tab to see everyone in your company's Roles, contact details, birthdays and work anniversaries. You can also add Notes about them.

Using the Find People tab on Desktop

Step 1

Click on the Find People icon on your Hi5 Menu.

Step 2

In the People directory, you'll be able to browse through a wall of all your co-workers' profiles. You can filter by Department and/or Office, or simply type in their name in the Search or co-worker box. You can also click the top right button to change between list/grid view.

Step 3

Click on a co-worker's profile photo to view their details.
