βš™οΈ Setting up

Installing the Hi5 platform on MS Teams

Step 1

Once you've logged into Microsoft Teams, add Hi5 by going to the Apps menu tab, then search and select "Hi5". Click the "Add" button when prompted.

Note: If you're unable to find Hi5 in the Apps section, it might mean that you first need to allow third-party apps and give Hi5 permission on your MS Teams account. Follow the steps in this article.

Step 2

Now go to the "More Added Apps" tab in your menu (the three dots). Search for "Hi5" and select.

Step 3

The Hi5 tab will be added to your menu. To keep it in your menu, right-click on the tab and select 'Pin'.

Log in or Sign up

If you've already signed up for a Hi5 account at app.get5.io, or someone else invited you and you've activated your account, you can click on the chat text field and expand 'What can I do?' - choose the option 'Login' and press Enter.

Inviting co-workers: If you're an Admin and want to invite the rest of your team to join, go to Add Co-workers on the Hi5 browser app. Here you can copy your company's Join link and share in your Microsoft Teams channel, or add co-workers via Azure Active Directory. More info here >

Click the Login button and enter your email address, or log in with your Microsoft account if it's associated with your Hi5 account πŸ™Œ
