How to set up your company's Organogram

Setting up your Organogram

In your People Directory, everyone has access to your company's organisational chart based on the permissions and teams you've set up in the Manage section as the Admin. Let's look at how to do this step-by-step:

Important note: This can only be done by Admins on Desktop.

Step 1: Manage Section

Go to your Manage section under My Company.

Step 2: Permissions

Toggle the Permissions column on and then assign Admin & Line Manager permissions to the relevant co-workers. Here's a step-by-step article on how to do this.

Step 3: Assign Line Managers to co-workers

Now you need to assign a Line Manager over each person to create your structure (who leads whom). 

Note that Admins and Line Managers can also have Line Managers assigned over them.

Step 4: View Organogram

Go to your People Directory and click on the Organogram tab. Now you can scroll through your company structure and make sure everyone has been allocated to the correct Line Managers and teams!

Step 5: Filter Organogram

Select filters for your Organogram at the top of the page. This will allow you to see your desired structure with your employees and co-workers!

Step 6: Download PDF

Now that you've set up your organogram, you can Download PDF by clicking on the button in the top right-hand corner:

You'll see a notification after selecting the download (please read and take note):

Now right-click anywhere on the page, and choose Print.

Step 8

You will be able to print your Organogram here directly from your browser, or pick Save as PDF to download a file.

Play around with the other settings until you're happy with how the PDF will look. Finally, click Save and you're done!
