How to reset your password

Recovering your password

Struggling to remember 20 passwords for 50 different accounts? Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. 

There are two ways in which you can reset your password for Hi5.

Method 1: Forgotten your password

Step 1 

On the Sign In page, enter the email associated with your Hi5 account. Then, when prompted for your password, click the Forgot Your Password? link below the Sign in button.





Step 2

When the Password Reset window appears, enter your email. Click the SEND ME THE LINK button.





Step 3 

Check your inbox for an email from notifications@get5.io with Forgotten Password as the subject line.





Step 4
You will receive an email similar to the one below 👇 Click the Reset Password button.





Step 5

A new browser tab will open - type in your new password and click on the Create new password button.




You will also receive a mail confirming your password change.




Click the Sign in button to log into your account with your new password 🔓

Method 2: Changing your password

Step 1

On the menu bar on the right, click on Profile. 





Step 2
Click on the Security tab at the top of the page. Type in your Current Password first, then type in your New password and, type to Confirm New Password. Click Save changes when you're done. Easy!
