A Hi5 is a recognition message from one co-worker to another to show appreciation for good work, and to encourage positive behaviours in the workplace.

How to use Hi5 on WhatsApp:

Say "Hi" to get started and follow the prompts
Give a Hi5 to your co-worker!

Once you've given a Hi5, it will appear on your company's Hi5 Wall of Fame in real time ⏱️ for all your co-workers to see.
