Line Managers

Hi5 has 3 permissions: Administrator, Line Manager and Employee. As a Line Manager, you will be able to access the data of the employee(s) you are responsible for. Additionally, you will have access to the following features:

1) Hi5 Dashboard

Once you've logged in, you will be directed to your Hi5 Wall of Fame Dashboard.

For more detailed info on how to use the Hi5 Wall of Fame dashboard, check this out.

2) Recognition Dashboard

Under the Recognition Dashboard you will have three sections:
Overview - allows you to view your overview on Hi5's given and received, as well as your Hi5 Leaderboard.
Insights - view actual insights into how your company is doing with giving recognition.
Culture Reports - view your companies culture and environment in the workspace.

For more detailed info on using the Recognition Dashboard, you can read here.

3) Manage section

In the Manage section under the My Company tab, you will see the co-workers you lead  and their info, as well as the people they lead. You can view all the info the Admin sees.

Check out How to use the Manage Section for more details.

5) Creating & Editing Roles

Each co-worker can create a role with goals (depending on Admin settings). Line Managers can review these roles and edit them.

Go to My Company > Roles in your Hi5 menu.

Here you can view & edit roles, download a PDF of the role and goals, and create new roles.

Important Note: Line Managers can create roles, but they must be reviewed & assigned by an Admin. Only Admins can assign roles to co-workers. For more information on how to set up roles and goals, please see How to add roles.

6) Pulses

Measure anything with Pulses - our very own custom survey tool 🖍️

Line Managers can create & manage Pulses - simply go to your Pulses tab under My Company.

For a step-by-step guide on creating & managing Pulses, check this out.
